CutForceCal は、2 次元傾斜切削（oblique cutting）モデルに基づく iOS 向けの切削抵抗計算アプリです。 Merchant–Stabler 理論の閉形式解により、すくい角・傾斜角・切込み・切削速度を変えると三分力 (主分力 Fc / 送り分力 Ft / 横分力 Fr) と剪断角・切削動力がリアルタイムに更新されます。

CutForceCal is an iOS app for real-time cutting force calculation based on the 2-D oblique cutting model. Using the closed-form Merchant–Stabler solution, three force components (cutting Fc / thrust Ft / radial Fr), shear angle and cutting power update in real time as you change rake angle, inclination, depth of cut and cutting speed.
